Tuesday evening Yoga Classes
Group yoga classes in North London are ideal for all yoga students with experience to beginners who would like to progress sensitively, clarify technique and deepen their yoga practice. Yoga is not limited to stretching: Strengthening the body, improving energy levels and stamina, not least breath work and meditation are at the heart of yoga practice. There will be challenges suitable for everyone (viniyoga).
